Very frustrating experience this year

TurboTax for small business has been great for the previous 6 years. But this year it's riddled with software bugs. Product updates that hang and never finish or have to be repeated multiple times to actually go through, endless loops of tax return errors not being corrected. Ugh! It's been EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING this year. To the point that I even had to print and mail my tax returns instead of e-filing. Very disappointed and actually (oh, horror!) contemplating researching alternatives for next year. :( Seriously upset with TT this year. Went from A++ to a C.

LLC filing

Pretty good. The program didn't give me the option to change the ownership percentage of its members so I had to do a lot of overrides which I don't like to do. Otherwise, it went well. It is taking endless tries to get a nickname accepted on this survey; irritating!

I have two businesses and always dread tax season. Once I sit down and complete both in an evening using TurboTax Business I remember why I will never switch. If you can fill in the blank you can do your own taxes. Why pay someone $300 to $700 to fill in the blanks that you have to provide them the answers to?

I do like Turbo Tax, I just think there are still unnecessary hiccups or less user friendly. would be great if they are gone too. Keep it up TurboTax

Turbo Tax gets better every year!

Why does it automatically transfer data from Federal 1065 to the State 596 return after I pay for the Federal and State? I wish it would ask if I want to transfer data! I had to make a change in my data on Federal form, and I did not realize my changes would automatically transfer to state once the initial transfer was done. Raquel helped me understand that it would up date my changes automatically, even though the initial transfer had occurred. What a relief! I thought I was going to have to delete all the data on my State return and then transfer all the data again from Federal. I wish there were a way to explain this to the customer. It is sort of scary the way the data transfers so unexpectedly!
