TT Programming Glitch

TT is usually an exceptionally good product. However, this time there was a programming glitch on the Virginia Form 502 that inadvertently created Form 502A and prevented e-filing. TT Phone Support helped me resolve the issue after extensive review by ultimately deleting the erroneous form - Thank you

Turbo Tax was helpful

Only thing which I missed was two areas to sign, I missed one and return was rejected. Called IRS as suggested by TurboTax and wait time was 30 - 60 minutes. I hung up and then saw the second signature line...refiled and was done.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax Business needs South Carolina efile

Turbo Tax Business needs South Carolina efile capability. It is a waste to not be able to efile at the state level. Paper mailing via USPS is more dangerous due to COVID. This would have been the year to make it happen. Very disappointing. May need to change to different tax product. Need to have South Carolina efile capability !!!!!! Please !!!!

Need better software for Arizona

We had a lot of TurboTax errors with Arizona. Mostly in Multi State forms. I am not a Multi State business but Turbo Tax insisted that I had to fill out a Multi State form. There were other small errors by Turbo Tax after it filed the 1st e-file to Arizona and was rejected. Turbo Tax made updates and corrected most but not all errors. I had to file bogus forms that were not required so it would e-file. AZ finally accepted the e-file with the bogus forms attached even though they are not required.

Awesome product

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years and TurboTax has always come thru for me year after year. This time I engaged with Turbo Tax Expert, Kim. She was helpful and both of us found out that Form 1099-C is not used in an estate tax return.

I Am very disappointed that my New York tax forms are not ready, According to what Turbo Tax is telling me. Others are filing their business New York Tax and not having this problem. I had the same problem last year what is going on?. If this continues I may not use this product next year.
