Clearly the Best

Now retired from a National CPA firm. I now do volunteer work for small independent business entities and non-profits. The Turbo tax program is very easy to navigate and has many information help steps. The tax laws are constantly changing and Turbo Tax keeps you up to date and informed. Highly recommended.

STATE AZ TAX NEVER TESTED

Its absolutely worthless. Keeps requiring pdf attachments when a zero value is in specified field. Its so bad. Embarrassing its this bad.

I love the previous versions better

Years pass you used to put information about a deduction, it was helpful if you need it to review. For example, if you say you spend $100 on office supplies, you could open a page and write down what was purchase, for Turbo Tax doesn't matter but for me it does.

Careful of VA 502A Form -

Spent multiple hours trying to fix and error that we could not find. Turns out for some reason I was told to file 502A form - (which I did not need to) Deleted the form and it worked. The Chat feature helped and others had the same issue. That is where I found out to delete the form.

Frustrated with WISCONSIN forms

2 different forms were accidentally downloaded, after getting an error saying that I had to add another State return. I was charged 2 $50 transactions, despite only having to file one State form

Really easy and Quick BUT...

Prompts were clear and concise with each item queried having an "Explain This" option.
I have a multi-member LLC and in it's entirety, including digging up some financial info I did not have at the ready, the process was completed in about 45 minutes -- essentially painless compared to previous years not using TurboTax Business.
I would give 5 (or more) stars but for two annoying items.
1 - By not offering a MAC version I had to purchase Parallels to run it (Flawlessly I might add)-- still less than an accountant but now my MAC an open portal to all those Microsoft Haters. AND, you will lose a large number of us MAC users who will not buy a PC nor pick-up parallels.
2 - In spite of telling the print function to print one side only my K-i's and the intro letter were printed on BOTH SIDES. Not a big issue but a HUGE annoyance as the front and back of the intro letter is to two different people. SOOOO, I had to scan to email and print on one side of the paper only as a work around
