Entry of information was easy and required logically. Confirmation of entered data accuracy and reconciliation with book data was not so easy. Overall a good result!

Declining in user friendliness....

For years, I have felt that the state product is overpriced and requires the user to know more about the tax law and forms than should be necessary. It is buggy and requires the user to manually delete forms that aren't applicable, in order to proceed. I know there are a lot of states to deal with, but feel Intuit should invest more resources in ensuring they work smoothly and actually provide the level of insulation that their federal product does.

Turbo Tax 2020

I have been using Turbo Tax since the days of DOS. Each year the quality of the program seems to degrade with issues printing, saving and other tasks. I want to print the Federal to avoid paying Turbo Tax a fee and file electronically for my state which is required. Nothing but issues getting the filing done w/o Turbo Tax trying to reach into my wallet for more fees.

Need to include 1099-R and 1099-Q forms in TurboTa

This version of TurboTax Business is better than the version that I used 4 years ago but it could still be improved. I would like the Trust functionality to prompt the user to fill out the 1099-R and 1099-Q IRS forms also.

Still has some bugs

I love easy imports from Quickbooks and ability to check and correct from entries.
Hate: Same bug as last year, keeps asking for farm income when I have never had a farm or found the place in TT that says I do. Have to keep checking where data sources place incorrect info.
