Not user friendly

Been using TT Business for 7 years and as my business has grown in revenue, the software has required me to have more financial and tax experience. More and more I find myself presented with screens and forms to fill out with little to no explanations. Worse yet, some forms have entries missing that frankly should have be auto populated by my previous entries. And this year, the state process became stuck on a form that is not required in my situation. Maybe a software bug? I won't be using this software again and remain concerned about errors in my return due to the manual override required to finalize and file.

This was the easiest, smoothest & most angst-free experience I've ever had in filing business taxes! I felt as if I had a trusted guide with me every step of the way. Good clear information & explanations helped me move through the very user-friendly and easy to navigate program. I'll never use any other tax prep software again.

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax. It is priced well and easy to use. Far better than spending thousands of dollars with a CPA

Works for me. Thank you for making the download available with the CD. I like putting the CD into the file against the day I need to pull it out and re-install it. Last year I was a bit pressed to get my taxes in before a surgery and pressed your support people to get me a download soonest.

Unexpected Confusion - 2 places

1.Cannot enter amounts for Line 18 Employee Benefit Programs in Interview mode. Instead, must enter in Forms mode.
2. When filing Amended 2020 tax return to IRS, TT instructions indicate amended return must be filed by mail. However, no mailing address is provided in the instructions.

Font is tiny and explanations are weak

Font is way too tiny.
Also, the explanations are for CPAs, not for a small business owner who is just trying to survive.

This product makes working through the government tax system on your own as easy as it can be, which still isn't that easy, but of no fault to turbotax
