Very good experience as first-time business filer

The step-by-step format was very easy to follow and the "explain more" tips were very helpful. We did contact one of your tax experts. Our call was answered after only about 5 mins of wait-time and the consultant was excellent. Very patient with our questions. Very knowledgeable. Very pleasant to speak with and clear with her explanations.

Kind of a Pain

State Taxes did not work great. Had troubles entering a few fields. Name was not accepted. Got caught between e-filing and mailing (but was instructed that mail option was not available for WI).
The PR for filing Federal Returns kept kicking back. Had to enter the same info a few times.
Couldn't figure out how to file a short year.

Love Turbo Tax

Federal was great! Virginia State has filing flaw

Completing the Federal and filing was easier that personal taxes. The Virginia state version still has flaw requiring an undocumented work around to be able to file.

Solid software for corporate tax prep

We've been using Turbo Tax for Business for well over a decade now. For smaller corporations and partnerships, TT4B has done a decent job over the years simplifying the process at a fraction of the expense of most packages in this space. This year, however, even though the interface is pretty much the same, the package pointed out several opportunities we weren't aware of. Good, solid package

Huge Flaw in Turbotax Business

I love using Quickbooks and Turbotax Self-Employed because it is so easy to import information from QB to TT for tax filing. This is absolutely not the case for Turbotax Business and Quickbooks Online. If they are using the same account information, why can't I import Quickbooks Online to Turbotax Business without going through the ridiculously difficult process of using Quickbooks Desktop?

Turbo Tax needs to improve

It took a while (including the Turbo Tax personnel) to figure out when the most updated forms are available. Some of the Turbo Tax personnel did not have a clue about my problem which is very annoyong
