Serious Update Problems

I have had to get a new TT Business 2019 licenses 3 times, and I probably will have to get yet another. After one or more automatic updates, the license activation screen pops up - and, after entering the license, I'm told it has been used on too many PCs. Too many, in this case, is 1 PC.
After calling in, Support quickly and easily issues a new license. This takes about an hour from my having to find the original order email, login to the correct TurboTax site (there are two, but only on shows the order history with order number), wait on hold (actually, not too long), uninstall and reinstall TurboTax Business, reactivate, and find and open the two files (skip the walk-through that assumes everything is new by going to File to ding the returns.).

Crashed 3 times when trying to print efile form

Each year, the product deteriorates more and more

I've been a TurboTax user for over 20 years. The product provides less seamless functionality with each passing year. I remember when the entire program worked seamlessly. Nothing was ever needed on the back-end (with forms). Now, it seems like I am trying to figure out the actual State and Federal forms for far too much time.
Also, the instructions and explanations are less detailed. They can often be vague. I am using third party sources to figure things out more and more.
