Glitch keeping me from e-filing Biz Fed & State

I've used Turbo Tax for years to e-file my Business's 1065 Federal and NJ-1065 State Return. This year I keep getting a message "Can't e-file because the Intuit Electronic Filing Center is not open for the season yet." Tried all the help suggestions and still no luck. It's February 18, 20201 so what's going on? Very frustrated. One of the reasons I use Turbo tax is so I don't have to make copies and mail everything.

A lifesaver for doing Generation Skipping Trust

The step by step was very helpful. One issue that was a problem for me was the inability to increase the font size. I used the help option but the suggestions did not work. You need on the menu a way to increase font size. I also benefited from the GST"s 2019 return which was done by a professional tax return profession. It helped as a check that ' leave anything out. Under interest data entering there was no way to enter data from box 13 on From 1099 - INT. A check of IRS information I couldn't find why this data was needed. I hope it wasn't. Your help section didn't provide any answers.

State product not well developed

I felt like Turbo Tax Business was better than the software I used last year until I needed to file my Virginia and West Virginia pass through returns.
