Frustrated - no efile or QBO import

This is my first year using the program and I was unable to pull in my QB Online information and then unable to e-file my state return. Still on hold to figure out what to do with that.

TURBO TAX BUSINESS IS PATHETIC

I HAVE USED MANY PROFESSIONAL TAX SYSTEMS FROM THE LARGEST TO SOME FOR SMALL PROFESSIONAL PREPARERS. THIS DOESN'T QUALIFY FOR EVEN 1 STAR. IT DOESN'T CARRY NUMBERS, INFO MOST OF THE TIME TO OTHER FORMS AND DOESN'T CARRY INFORMATION TO THE STATE RETURN.
