THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY. THIS IS JANKY AND NOT USER FRIENDLY. IT IS 2021 AND IT NEEDS A SEVERE UPDATE!! IT SHOULD ALSO WORK ON MAC'S AND IT DOESN'T. RIDICULOUS!

normally very pleased with turbo tax software , However as the most expensive offering it provides the least results. first and foremost you cant efile NC taxes, so it is half useless. second the update feature locks up and forced to manually update or serch the forums for answers....you can do better intuit

What a headache...

I have never had so many issues with Turbo tax. This program would not let me install any updates and after days of trying, I got an error that electronic filing was not available.

Always Reliable & Easy to Use

I 've been using Turbo Tax software since 2004. From Simple 1040 software and Home & Business to S corp and it has never disappointed. I explains so much every step and provides explanation that are clear and easy to understand - far better than its competitors- I wouldn't use another software!

Your bug made me miss my deadline by 2:30 hours

I had erroneously entered a 4th shareholder, which I went back and fixed. The federal form was fine, but the state (CA) refused to acknowledge the correction and kept the additional shareholder on their forms. This caused a fourth K-1 and the taxes would not file due to no name, etc. I had to go back to the federal form and add a 4th shareholder with 0 shares to get it through the state.
