TurboTax needs work & refinement

Many issues with no "Help" support or "Search" withing the program. Miscalculations galore. Confusing signs, symbols & error messages with no guidance on how to correct. Poor correlation with secondary forms and worksheets.

Turbo Tax fell short this year. Software needs some work. to clear up on dates.

too many errors and unable to download state files. even went with their ttstate cleaner, followed all instructions, even went as far as to change my msconfig file. too many issues trying to resolve for a high priced product.

I wasn't able to E-file as I kept getting an error statement when I went to print the form needed to E-file. Tried several times and each time I received a message that TurboTax needs to close.
