Turbo Tax is the best.

Our business and family members have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. It has been an invaluable tool. The customer service is excellent and the process is streamlined. We now have 3 generations using Turbo Tax. My parents introduced me to Turbo Tax and I have introduced my children, who are now young adults.

Turbotax is a lifesaver, not to mention the $$

I have been using Turbotax for years. It saves time, expense and avoids mistakes. The data flows seamlessly and effortless from form to form. When any amount changes, it shows up magically where ever it applies. Turbotax could use some minor improvemets, but those are nothing compare to all the things it does exceptionally well.

Good as can be expected

With so many tax changes during the year, it is unfair to be too harsh on the logic and flow of the interviews and the types of expenses which you'd think would be very clearly defined such as payroll processing costs & 401k costs and how to interpret the EIDL and PPP. Made the balance sheet tie-out too cumbersome.
