Easy to use, more explanation would be helpful

TurboTax is easy to use, but I found the personal version of TurboTax does a better job of providing guidance, etc. There were a few fields I was asked to fill out that I didn't really understand at first.

I had various questions while completing my forms...did not get information or instruction on some areas and forms I had concerns with. Information was very general not specific.

There was a new form for Virginia, 502A, that required input, but there was not sufficient information as to what was needed or what the columns meant. The for was not handled in the interview. I finally had to "guess" numbers until I got something that would be accepted.

Straight forward and easy to understand

Turbotax reminds me every year in November/December and loads the software on my laptop every year after I pay for the next year return. During completion of return if some problem is encountered their live help is fantastic.

Great for real estate partnership

Good. I transferred last years data to new computer and turbo tax saved the new return to my flash drive account instead of putting it in a normal spot on my C-drive. thought I lost the file, until I re inserted my flash drive and it was there.
