Why is CA Corp Tax so much harder than fed?

Fed tax was a breeze but CA Corp tax keep throwing me back to change things about PPP Loans that i never got or business loans i never made.

QB On-line to TurboTax - Must Have

The experience was great. I would have given it a 5 if the QB migration did not have to come from the desktop. I'm loving the on-line QB version and wished it integrated better sine it part of the Intuit family.

TurboTax for Business Only Runs on Windows 10

I have used TurboTax for Business for about 20 years. I was very unhappy to discover this year that it would not load on my Windows 7 system, and kept insisting I had to upgrade to Windows 10. If I had done that, many of my other necessary software programs wouldn't run, so that was not an option. I ended up having to buy a special laptop that runs Windows 10 just to be able to run this program. Intuit doesn't make a mac version, so I can't load it on my mac laptop.

Enough is enough. The product gets worse each year

I've been using TurboTax since the mid-1990's. Every year, the software provides less guidance and requires the user to look elsewhere for guidance. In the past, it used to ask us questions, then provide suggestions and explanations based upon our answers. Now it will ask something like: "which of the following accompanying forms do you need to file along with your return?" YOU TELL ME!
Hey Turbotax-- go back and look at your software in the early 2000's. Do that! Next year we will be looking at other products. It's gotten to the point where it's worth making the jump.

Not easy to load and open software

I had to install and uninstall several times, then change my display settings to get it to open. It is not very easy to find help on specific forms or where to enter certain info.

The cost to file was far more expensive than I expected...I needed to purchase the business and personal which cost over $ 500.00 Far more than I expected.
