TurboTax can be frustrating

Every year I have the same challenges... When I am in the Step-by-Step section and I cannot find where to enter something specific, the search function is useless 90% of the time. I can get better information from Google search. Also, when the Income Statement or Balance Sheet is off, there are no clues provided, such as "off by how much?"

It's always complicated to wade through because I only do it once a year, but I can't imagine how I'd do it otherwise (except to pay a tax guy to do it). But, doing it myself, I get a much better understanding of what's going on.
