It works OK.

I always have to manually enter info, the transfer function always leaves me out of balance with quickbooks. How can that be?

This program is cumbersome to work with and is not very intuitive. If you are not tax savvy, this is not the program for you. Yes, I have worked with many tax programs such as CCH Prosystems, Lacerte, CCH Axcess, etc. But for the price, it is a good program to fill out and e-file a simple return or two.

Very poor flexibility vs. consumer version

I was expecting greater flexibility with this product. Not clear if you can save and come back for later. Also, surprised that it requires software download and only available for windows. We are in 2021, there needs to be a cloud version.

I was paying more to file my taxes than I was paying myself. So I liked that I was able to do it myself and not have to spend thousands when my business is just starting.

I have my business bookkeeping in QBP 2021 desktop, and just used TurboTax to do the taxes. Total time about 1-1/2 hours, which is truly painless compared to previous methods. Now onward to personal taxes using TurboTax personal. *Whew!*
Taxes are the pricetag for civilization. My only complaint is the paperwork. But at least this makes it easy enough to actually do. Anyone out there who's struggling with the paperwork, just get QBP for desktop and TurboTax, do your routine bookkeeping every week or two (bank statements etc.) and the rest is easy. Next year's goal: get it done E-A-R-L-Y rather than on the last day.
