product got stuck at printing and some forms unava

Very bad. I consider maybe not using Turbo tax next year. Very disappointing. I do not feel they really filed my taxes right. It asked me to fill in info from the same prior year of turbo tax i had already downloaded onto program. Really bad. So worried, I hope I don't get audited.

can't e-file

An error loop at the end of the s-Corp return prevented me from eFiling. This is the 2nd incident about eFile I have with TurboTax this year. (On my personal return TurboTax Wouldn't let me EFile because I had a self-employment sick leave form) TurboTax I am deeply disappointed with you repeating the same mistakes in two separate products. Next year I will try out someone else.

Walked me through step by step and, in this case the entire process was pretty straight forward, filing for the estate.

Need WV State Return in TurboTax

I like Turbo Tax. However, year after year, the West Virginia business returns are NOT available through Turbo Tax. I would give Turbo Tax 5 stars if the West Virginia business tax returns were available through Turbo Tax. This is the reason I rated Turbo Tax at 3 stars.

Had a problem with 1099 entry

Although I selected the 1099 cost basis was reported your system showed the proceeds and cost in section "C" on Schedule D. I went back several times to verify I checked the correct boxes it never changed.
