The step by step guides are very useful especially for a new user. But the downloading of state tax filing is confusing and inconvenient, not sure if it's my problem or the software problem.

Generally speaking it is quite user friendly.

The New York State review has a bug. It suggests me to change "New York" to NY, but the software does not allow to modify the entry during the final review. I have not idea how to correct it. This is a serious bug, which blocks from e-filling.

One of the main reasons I purchase Turbo Tax was for E-Filing but it wouldn't allowed me because they haven't fix the SOS File Number issue and therefore I have to file my taxes by mail!

Errors that cannot be corrected

For some reason Turbotax Business creates forms that I do not need and then creates an error that cannot be corrected and unable to file.
