Won't update

I had a terrible time with the cd version of Business not updating on my laptop. I have a very powerful gaming computer I was using and it would not update. I found a link online to manually update to complete the tax return, but I could not e-file because it was making me update before I did that. Not possible.

Turbo Tax for business is sophisticated and glitch-free software. A great learning experience that makes it fun. I have been using it for few years and never had an issue other than purchasing duplicate software.

Turbotax for Business

I have used Turbotax for preparing my 1040 for years but I didn't find Turbotax for Business as friendly. It had too many areas where I had to use the internet to research the tax topic before I could answer the question the form was asking.
I did encounter problems that needed tech support and issues with the tax form (PA) that was not populating correctly. Your help desk was amazing with both!!

overall ok but could be improved

Being a turbotax users for many years (almost two decades) for my personal taxes and using the online version, I am surprised there is not a small business taxes online version. The product also looks dated, reminds me of the first version I used back in early 2000's. Looks aside, the product could do a much better job of giving help to explain topics and provide assistance. There should be a much simpler version for small businesses of 2 or 3 partners. again I think alot of this could be implemented if you focused on improving this kind of taxes. This product feels much like a checkbox where your primary focus is individual tax returns. one benefit of making this online or at least on par and up to tech specs with the individual tax preparation is importing K-1 data, this should simple and not prompt for data entered or represented somewhere else. I realize you do this since business taxes could be preprated by a tax accountant but it would also be nice to bundle it for said smaller businesses with your other online tax solutions.

Confusing and had issues

I did the review 3 times and it said there were no errors. When I went to save it and print it for filing, it said there were errors. Also, wasn't clear on how to file state taxes.
