Bugs!!

I am becoming more and more dissatisfied with this product. The GA state has a bug which forces every company to be a "Film Industry" Company and forces you to fill out forms that don't apply. I kept receiving a 1603 error during updates (Which you cannot skip) and had to un-install and re-install the entire product.

Doesn't have all forms needed by Companies

Turbo Tax Business doesn't contain the W2c form and did NOT disclose that on the outside box information. Just had W2 listed and W2c is a subset of those forms. So I didn't even need to buy this as it didn't meet our needs.

Worst Experience Yet

I have used this product for nearly two decades! A few "glitches" are to be expected with any software, however, they have gotten progressively worse with each update. Forms do not print to pdf as they should. Even using the suggested pdf program, I had to get my computer tech to find a way around the error codes.
I also had to override items that imported improperly. In some instances, a "yes" or "no" selection produced the incorrect result. Had I not known anything about doing taxes myself, I would have ended up reporting false information on my tax forms resulting in penalties and interest if audited.
Unfortunately, I probably will not use Turbo Tax in the future. I fully expected a company with this level of experience to lead the field and do it bigger and better than the others. It seems that Turbo Tax is not interested in providing the best product anymore. This is a risk that I cannot take.
