Challenging

The software is clunky, does not easily show you where things are off to fix, does not integrate well with state filing, does not provide a simple process to fix problems, does not provide support to fix issues. Not for those who do not want to spend a ton of time to figure out issues with software. Kept missing fact that had to file certain exemptions or credits. Lot of issues unless you really know all the tax rules and what needs to get done independent of this software.

An ability to import data from brokerage firms would be helpful. As well as features directed toward Trusts specifically.

TurboTax is Awesome

I ran into issue of changing the percentage for member, called TurboTax and representative Lamis not only helped me out, she stayed on the phone for about 30 to 45 minutes until i submitted my returns successfully.
I been using Turbotax and would continue keep using it.

No 1099-OID form

The experience was awkward and inflexible. I am filing for a trust which has not made any distributions, so not including schedule K, but TT would not allow me to e-file without the schedule K information, even though I checked the box to not include the information.
Also, there was no place to enter the trust's 1099-OID.
