Informative and convenient.

There are several areas where the experts can be helpful if available to help. Some of the accounting terms, tax terminologies and changes in tax laws are beyond an average and / or otherwise educated people. I did not work with an expert this time.

This is my 4th year that I've been using TurboTax for Business and each year it has been a breeze to use.

It was to difficult to use in Windows. A MacOS version must be offered in the future.

When will Intuit Make this for a Mac?

I've been using TurboTax for business form many years. I was really disappointed when I switched to a Mac and the program only worked on PC! The last 2-years have been a struggle to find a PC.
ALSO despite asking every year for 10+years they still can't work a question or prompt for Estate Tax Deductions! It's Line-19 on Form-1041! Maybe in 2022??? Hope springs eternal!

Need to QA the User Experience

Too many inconsistencies and ambiguities. Computations and forms are good, but the user interface needs work.

Obviously a very neglected product

The imports from Quickbooks Online made me feel like I was traveling back in time. A million steps, three or four different programs involved, etc. etc. And a UI that only a 1990s nerd's mother could love. Even the embedded editor in this "submit a review" page is an abomination.
Anyway, after getting all the work done, we went to e-file. We then discovered there was a ridiculous and embarrassing error in the e-file precheck process that Intuit has known about for years and not fixed.
Specifically (TurboTax for Business 2020, Windows) still has two incorrect checks that block e-filing for a California corporation:
1. "Secretary of State file number must contain at least 12 digits" 2. "Secretary of State file number must begin with the digits 19 or 20"
Both are wrong. California gives corporations seven digit file numbers, and they don't begin with 19 or 20. How hard is this to fix, especially given you've known about it for years (see the multiple exasperated threads in your support forums)‽
