Would have been 5 star if....

I would've rated this program 5 stars if I didn't spend 3 hours trying to get it to work on my brand new laptop. Turns out all I needed to do was put the display on the lowest setting. Annoying and not visually appealing.

Have had questions in the past and a few complex situations which Turbo tax experts helped resolve over the phone. The biggest advantage is doing my taxes myself, I learn a bunch of things that I wouldnt have otherwise.

Turbotax Business makes completing my filing easy!

This product takes the confusion out of all the tax law changes and forms required to file. I let Turbotax figure all of that out....I just go thru the interview topics.

TURBOTAX business has a long time problem

2 1/2 hours on phone to get state tax return for the state I needed same situation I've run into the last 9 years. The app autoasigns a state I don't need and will not allow me to change to the state that I do need.

A bit overly complex at times, but does the job

Lots of last-minute updates, not the fault of Intuit. Complex process with occasional issues I wasn't sure about, but managed to make it through. Overall cheaper than hiring a CPA, would recommend for straightforward tax situations.
