Both these professionals - and wish I knew their complete names or info to provide you - went above and beyond for this difficult, final, corporate return. A business my husband and I held, we are in the midst of a contentious divorce and this is a hot mess, I didn't know where to begin, but knew I needed to file a final corporate return, with schedules.
Your team made it easy, and both James and Kenisha were super-friendly, confident and helpful. Surprisingly so, given my recent C19 online interactions.
Immediately put me at ease. And James - no last name - in Orlando FL is a wonder. 15+ years with corporate returns, he was amazing. Stayed on the phone with me for hours, line by line, even after his shift ended. And what a nice guy, too. Compassionate, never felt like just a number at all.
Promote him or give him a bonus.
This biz is doing it right. Whatever training or philosophy you're imparting should be the industry Gold Standard for customer service (I owned a telemarketing biz in a former life, years ago - totally understand the dynamics).

State should not be an extra fee. There are bugs which should not exist. When everything is entered there should be no hang-ups before being able to file. No explanation of state forms especially apportionment.
