turbo tax is average for doing taxes

Turbo Tax was more difficult to work with this year. It kept telling me the information I entered was not complete. yet when I asked it do a review it found no errors but when I wanted to print it said I had errors. I called the helps center & the gentleman helped he was also confused and had me delete the form and renter all the information again which seemed to work

Quality Product for Many Years

I've been using Turbo Tax for many many years and every years has proved to be better than the last. The help I received this past year was phenomenal and the two associates I dealt with were patient and very helpful with figuring out an issue I had with my return. Thank you Jason & Vanessa....

Still no brokerage transaction download capability

This is the required TurboTax product for filing Trust Tax returns, but it still does not have the capability the personal version has to download brokerage information. This is difficult to understand, and a significant drawback to the product for Trust filers.

Needs work

All screens are limited to a small box which makes it difficult to read.
The e-file option is a dead loop that keeps telling me to review errors but none are noted.
When I tried to update my deductions after initially putting them in, the forms wouldn't update the total amount.
