Business software is pretty good, if you could provide a review by CPA, then it will be very good. I see CPA review on personal taxes but not business taxes. Hope it will be available for my next tax returns in 2022

You will be cursing

When you're used to turbo tax online for e-filing personal taxes this is like taking a time travel machine back to Windows 1994. It's not intuitive, the search function wouldn't work for basic key words, you will be cursing the entire time.
And the fact that I had to purchase a cheap PC to even download this software is ridiculous, because you don't make it for Mac. How is it possible that the desktop version could be this far behind? Not integrating with QB Online? I'm an old millennial and it's still obvious to me. Good luck competing for Gen Z small business owners - they are going to see how terrible this product is and come up with something better that everyone will use *(including me!).

Poor interface ridiculous amounts of data re-entry

It's infuriating to have to re-enter data over and over again that exists in every file I've created in TT over the last 5 years. Basic things like names and addresses and FEIN or SS#s should be carried through with no re-entry. In addition, this year the CD wouldn't read, forcing me to download and update. After doing that , the program wouldn't read last year's file, had to open and resave in 2019. Considering how much extra this version costs, you should spend some additional effort on QA.

It could be so much better

Turbo Tax Business is much more expensive and provides much less help and guidance than Turbo Tax. It often asks you to fill in information that it can pull from last year's return. It forces you to look to the forums for help for things it should handle automatically. For example, I entered summary information for stock transactions and it told me I would have to attach my 1099-B to my return (that part was good). But when I got to the e-filing step it didn't ask for the form or tell me how to attach it. Turns out I had to use another program to merge the 1099 with another form I had to attach--no instructions or assistance from Turbo Tax. When I finished my return I kept looking for the part where I would file my State taxes. The answer was to go back to the part about printing a preview, find the State checkbox, and print from there. A reminder to print the form, and some guidance on how to print it would have been simple and valuable. I don't want to pay someone to do the Trust taxes, and I don't want to do it manually, but Turbo Tax Business could make it so much easier.

Everything went ok except at the end while e-filing it would not send the tax return without a webfile number. It only said that I would find it at the top right corner of the notification. I had no idea what notification. I never did find it. I eventually found out and ended up calling the state comptroller to get it. The error code needs to be much more explanative.
