Consistently good but sometimes has a hiccup

I've always liked the ease of Turbo Tax. However, sometimes is tends to get confused when you jump around and sometimes it doesn't recalculate after making changes, otherwise a very good product.Sami

TurboTax again - 11 years is a row

This product is our go-to software for corporate filings. I would give them 5 stars except for the vagueness of their online store which resulted in ordering the wrong version. To order the Business version one must perform a search, so its not really intuit-ive (pun intended). However, it was easy enough to apply for a refund. I plan to increase my review to 5 stars when the refund comes through.

Turbo tax is a good software

My experience with the federal portion has always been good but the state portion is not very clear as it automatically calculates based on the federal input. It may be better if the tax payer input more specific data related to state requirement .....

Turbo Tax Business - needs improvement

First time I used TT Business on Windows10 on new dell laptop. Previously I used home and business on a Mac. Business could have used more 'learn more' like on depreciation, and on form 179 and topic related to loss carry over.
Also and worse, it was nearly impossible to file State taxes because the app would not let me buy the state add on due to malfunction in TT and Windows requiring hack approach to reducing screen resolution to lowest setting to navigate the UI. Thank goodness a 7 year support veteran at Intuit had seen this before and helped me work thru the windows 10 issue. Intuit should just support web UI to by/download features instead of using broken Win10 OS/app. This kind of Win/app UI experience reminds me why I switched to MacOS many years ago - but forced to use Win 10 because TT Business only available there :(

Faulty 1099-B Processing

Quality control needs work. Having selected simplified entry of 1099-B, TT Business states that it will assist with inclusion of 1099-B pdf during e-file transmission. It failes to do so. And, there is no way to upload and add the pdf of the 1099-B to the return on our own. Very frustrating. Now that return is transmitted, without prompting for inclusion of 1099-B pdf, I can only wait for the IRS to either reject the filing or request additional information later.

The program is dated with bad resolution on it's screens and issues with display settings.
