One small issue

Overall the program was good. However, when I was about to E-file my state return (Virginia), the program asked for an attachment which wasn't actually required, and there was no way to bypass attaching something to the state return. The Turbo Tax advisor was helpful in helping me to attach something in order to get pass the screen. Ultimately, the attachment did not even appear in the printout of the return itself.

Trustworthy, Reliable, Easy to Use

TurboTax makes it easy by walking you through the steps in a logical fashion. It is accurate and does the math, but more importantly guides you to complete the return correctly. Help is always available, as well. I have used TurboTax for years and have always been happy with the results.

Turbo tax business is the worst

The program was very difficult to download, impossible to understand once it is up and was slow slow slow. I had breakfast one morning when I was waiting for it to print out. I am the trustee for 5 different trusts and your new program would only let me finish one trust. Is this something new??? I had to load it and pay for it 5 times (5x 170 = $850) once for each trust. This new feature (one only submittal) was not identified anywhere when I made my initial download. This is the last time that I will be using turbotax!!!!

It works, but the navigation can be maddening.

So, it works. But the navigation can be maddening. Like when the total on one form differs from the total on another form. Okay, let's look at the other form and see what is wrong. Except it is impossible to FIND the other form to which they are referring. Or you find the amount that is wrong and can't edit it, and can't figure out how to navigate to where the number needs to be edited. Lastly, never input from Quickbooks more than once. It just piles on more income and expenses, redundantly. I wanted to overwrite the old data with a new import, but it just added the new data to the old data. What a mess!

Turbo Tax was a big help with filing trust returns

The one area that I needed help with was in connection with my E-filing the State tax return. There should have been a payment voucher to print out. I failed to see one.

Glitchy, not user friendly. I was expecting the same level easyness as TurboTax personal. With this business version, you have to go online to research what you need to file.

Generally a good product.

Most fields were obvious on what to fill-in. There were a few that were not so obvious and the program "info" button did always offer clear instructions. Further, there is no easy online chat forum to get help when stuck.
