Turbo Tax Made it easy to File

Turbo Tax Business made it easier, it was still nerve wrecking to figure certain things out. Turbo Tax managed to get me through it.

Very poor quality control for state returns

Information does not flow through to the state return for trusts. The Step by Step doesn't bring it up and you have to figure it out for yourself (if you catch it.).
This is the second year in a row that it has happened.

TurboTax Continues to Disappoint

After 8 years using TurboTax Business partnership return, it still doesn't transfer federal tax information correctly to the Pennsylvania partnership return, requiring multiple manual corrections.

difficult to get help

My return wouldn't transmit electronically. TurboTax kept prompting me to update the software, so I would attempt to update. TurboTax would tell me the software was updated, but it still wouldn't transmit my tax return.

Kept looping date after finishing. Asked for me to write explanation [for a different line] instead of turbo tax entering explanation.Why don't the feds just take over tax preparation ?? It would be so mush easier and cheaper for all of us instead of depending on second rate service?

Turbo Tax is Convenient

Owning a small business is very stressful, especially with all the tax changes this year, it is very difficult to prepare your business taxes in-house, but with TurboTax Business I save time and money, as they guide me step by step to completion. Great product!!!
