Life of ease

This is such an easy program! Have paid a tax professional for years but was able to follow the steps easily. No need to go back to the CPA. Occasionally used the help section to answer questions and clarify. I also love how I can see what my return amount is as I go along. Saved me that sticker shock at the end.

Software is adequate - explanations ok

i have been using this software for over 10 years and have been satisfied with it. the explanations for specific things (e.g., bond premium deductions) are written in a manner that is difficult to understand for a non tax professional. would be great if TurboTax could have an English teacher without specialization in taxes review the explanations this might improve ease of use.

Bug in the program

The 5 year tax history is not populating with the 2020 information, and the 2018 and 2019 numbers are scrambled between their respective columns, randomly.
