Too many ambiguous questions. For someone that is not very familiar or knowledgeable on IRS laws, it doesn't explain it right. All information from prior year didn't transfer

I had tried several tax services but nothing like TurboTax. It has the best guideline/questions that are easy to follow and ensures perfect Tax returns.

Old dependable. Have used Turbo Tax for many years and couldn't do my taxes without it as, besides my personal taxes, I also have to do the taxes for a family trust. I will say that this year's version is a little rough around the edges but I'm hoping that's because I'm early this year and they still are working out the bugs due to tax changes. But the Federal is submitted and accepted already.

Had to call for help (even tho I.have prepared taxes for 70 years. Some areas need better explanations as to what the entry is for. Must say that your specialists are knowledgeable,very polite, and very PATIENT! 100 rating to them.
