Turbo Tax does not provide any easy to access help

I must be old as I remember when software came with instructions. This software does not include any. You can try searching public forums or call Turbo Tax and wait on hold for a good while. When I did this last year I did not get the answers to my questions.

Difficult to balance due to rounding

I had a very difficult time getting the return in balance with my Balance Sheet after importing from QuickBooks. I thought QuickBooks would make life simpler butt he way the two products work together (or don't work together) took longer than if I just entered manually.
Also it was not obvious where beginning balances originated.

Business Turbo Tax not awesome!

It is too complicated and not user friendly!
I tried to file State but, it did not allowed me to file. It requires use to enter numbers, if I new what number to enter were I would of done by myself. I was hoping Turbo tax will do it for me and paid for software, unfortunately my business state tax is not ready and I have no any idea what is done and what is not..... I am quite disappointed from Business Tax software!!!!!!!!!!!!
