More difficult than individual tax return

I'm glad that this software exists, since I have a simple LLC and want to do my taxes myself, but I have to say that it's not too userfriendly, especially by comparison to TurboTax's individual tax software. There were several instances where the program needed some information from me, but simply showed the IRS form and a blank box - the reason I'm using this software is because I need help telling me what to put in that box! It was fairly frustrating. Overall, it was decent, but if you have no prior tax knowledge, be prapared to access the IRS website for help.

Errors would not correct

Had to uninstall, reinstall. When it asked to fix errors, it wouldn't let me fix the stated error and was an endless loop of frustration. I've used for years, and this year was a major headache and time waster.

Easy to use

While I agreed to rate Turbotax, you are making it difficult to transmit it as now I must create a unique nickname. Not very welcoming at all. Otherwise, Good Product and quite easy to use. Instructions are clear.

Lacking 1099R worksheet for Trust Returns

Bought it to file a Trust return on my mother's estate. Tried to find where to enter the 1099R's received and had to look at a user's BLOG to find the possible answer. There is no way to verify the information in the BLOG is correct and should we be putting our trust in other users who have submitted their answer? Many of the responses to the answers had to ask additional questions to clarify them. What income line from the 1099R is used and where is it entered, where are taxes collect entered? A simple worksheet asking for these types of entries would save numerous users hours of headaches.

TurboTax Business CD empowers me to "do it myself"

Overall, I was pretty happy with the product; however, the primary Form 1065 was NOT finalized until late in the day on 12 FEB 2021, so I was unable to complete my Federal and MD State Taxes in order to generate Schedule K-1 Forms for the members of my LLC prior to the "deadline" of 01 FEB 2021. Once finalized, the Form 1065 worked beautifully!

TURBO TAX IS EASY TO NAVIGATE AND THERE IS NO FEAR THAT YOUR RETURN IS INACCURATE BECAUSE IT IS ALWAYS UP TO DATE WITH CHANGES>
