Really designed for Business

I just needed to file a simple trust return. The software seems designed for businesses, not as intuitive as regular turbotax. Missing many of the features of TurboTax deluxe including the ability to download from financial institutions. Seems expensive too for a small trust.

Turbo Tax business is great for returns for trusts

I've used turbo tax deluxe for years. The business version I used this year supported form 1041 etc required to file returns for the trust for which I'm trustee. I highly recommend turbo tax business for processing returns for trust.

A coulple of issues.

When I filed one of my 1041's for a Trust by efile I did not get a notice from IRS that it was accepted. I owed no taxes and was not due a refund. Am I ok was this because of no due and no refund?
2)When I opened Turbo Tax for Business this AM there was a program update. It hung up 3 times before it successfully updated?????

Turbo Tax Business Is Great Software, however I think the package should include at least one state download at no charge.

Have used TT now for over 15 years for both personal and corporate. As good and easy as it gets. Especially considering the complexity of the tax codes.
