I have used Turbo Tax for years. It is always effective and I love the fact it loads previous information when you start a new return.

Wish there was support for Business

It was pretty easy to use and I will be using it again but there were some terms that I simply did not understand and found super confusing, I kept having to google stuff and read a million pages of IRS definitions. This product would be 100000% better if there was a Live Chat option with Business taxes, as there is for Personal.

Great but for 1 thing...

I had to call support for how to record a form 1099-R. The search function was confusing as it didn't take me to the form but instead popped up other info to select. Support was a great help and the product was otherwise great.

IL 1120 Problems

US went fine. IL 1120 had a problem handling NOL. Took 2 rounds with 1st tier support and then an expert to find someone's posting to go to forms and right click on line 38 and then click on data source and then BINGO! it all worked and no longer told me I owed tax on net income of $0. I paid $50 to waste 4 hours on what was 15 minutes if I read the IL instructions. Modest bummer.
