Online purchases are terrible.

I spent 2 hours trying to download the State tax form without success. You can't buy it separately on the website, and the purchase box doesn't work, so I'm out of luck. Note they have a link to purchase and that doesn't work, either. I expected more - these are simple things that should work perfectly.

Why are the same details wrong every year?

Success if often in the details, as is failure. During over four decades of owning and operating retail and wholesale businesses, I consistently taught my employees to highly value the feedback from dissatisfied customers, because you can learn so much from those who care enough to help you improve! I offer these comments with that purpose in mind.
I have used TurboTax for LLC tax filings for several years, and find that the majority of the details are covered well; thank you. I am frustrated, though, that the same details entered during the interview portions are repeatedly not properly populated on some of the forms, and that the same incorrect forms pop up as obstacles to completing the e-file process repeatedly. What is the purpose of not learning from mistakes? This frustration and wasting of my time has lead me to use a different service for my personal returns, (unfortunately they do not offer LLC service). Customers have to be very loyal to stay with that level of service. INTUIT has selected and trained some exceptional customer service/ troubleshooting personnel, and THE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE DEMEANOR OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL STAND OUT, head and shoulders above your software troubleshooting,rewriting and product improvement methodologies. THANK YOU !!!

TurboTax helped me again with my taxes!

I did have a problem with the VA state return where TurboTax added a detail form 502A which was not needed in my case (after reviewing the state tax instructions). It wasted a few hours, however, I finally just deleted the form and re-ran the check tax return with zero errors.
