I appreciate the "Guide Me" feature. I use the fly-out explanation boxes regularly, which are very helpful. I did have a very difficult time installing both the cd and the download programs this year...not sure why, but was frustrating.

turbo tax saves me time and money

I am not a tax professional but find turbo tax always helps me get my taxes done quickly and easily. I love that the cost is reasonable and that i do not have to drop binders of documents off at an office.

Turbo Tax Virginia is not working

I am unable to efile Virginia returns despite calling Turbo Tax for help. I am simply fed up. If I am assessed late filing fees for Virginia it will be Turbo Tax responsibility.

Long time TurboTax User

I have used TurboTax for many years and will continue to do so. There's always a small glitch or two that I can figure out, so the product is a solid 4 out five for me. Just not quite perfect. But as I said, will continue to use as TTax gives me the confidence to know my taxes are complete and done right.

Some issues and still not complete

I had issues entering in my full EIN, and accessing the state tax section. I have yet to gain access to complete my state taxes. This made the process very frustrating and stressful.

Solid Overall, but navigating is awkward

I have used Turbotax for many years, and still believe it is the best solution for me. I do wish the software utilized more intuitive navigation. The drill down features are not adequate.
