It took forever, Intuit it getting worse and worse

Filing for Virginia with an LLC has been the worst. The form 502A kept auto populating even though I didn't need it. I finally googled the problem and found that many people had this problem and the solution was to delete it but it wouldn't let me delete it! I have to call customer service and we went round and around until the system finally let me delete it. Worst experience ever.

2020 Turbo Tax software

Very easy to negotiate through both Federal and State return. If prefer to use the quick entry method vs step by step. Makes filing the returns a breeze. Highly recommend the software.
