Rounding errors cause headaches every year.

PLEASE stop rounding figures prematurely! This literally adds hours of work every year for me, as I have to re-calculate everything manually trying to determine why things are not in balance or not adding up correctly. I ultimately have to manually override the data, which I shouldn't have to do. I also found a case in which it rounded .50 down instead of up.
Please see IRS Pub 17 Computations on page 13: "Rounding off dollars. You can round off cents to whole dollars on your return and schedules. If you do round to whole dollars, you must round all amounts. To round, drop amounts under 50 cents and increase amounts from 50 to 99 cents to the next dollar."

11+ years (for me) and still no Mac version

The software is ok - but there are two galling problems: (1) it's inexcusable that after 11+ years, I'm still waiting for a Mac version of TT Business. Every year I have to run TT in a virtual machine. TT Business is the only reason I need a Windows license as well as a Parallels Desktop license. (2) the help on any topic is pretty much useless - if it exists at all (most screens don't have any further help).

Did my own 1120 with no problems

I have a very simple return but using this product saves me over $1000 that an accountant would charge. I'm able to file timely March 15th and avoid the complexities of extensions and on account payments.

Sure, it's the best product for most of us but that doesn't mean it's all that. Every year I fire it up and wonder what special issue I'll be presented with. Whether its directing me to create a separate worksheet for an oil and gas royalty that has a de minimis rent payment or something else, it's never just straight forward.
