Turbotax would not open my 2019 return. I had to completely redo it and now there is no continual history.

Previous years were much better!

I have been a TurboTax user for many years and this is my first review, why? Because of how frustrated the 2020 TurboTax Business software made me! It was quite the challenge to complete, it was not as smooth as previous years and I had unrelated forms kept coming up along with a hellacious circular loop when trying to file at the end.... And BTW, the stupid override feature was worthless! Hey TurboTax, do me a favor and hire some more customer service reps, who has time to sit on hold for an hour??? Hopefully the 2021 edition will be running smoothly without the bugs!
