Authorization hangs if zoom setting over 100 pct

Took an hour on-line to find out how to get the authorization to process. Thanks to google was able to figure out the display zoom setting of my screen was the issue. Intuit site no use. I get that you want to stop piracy but you almost lost a paying customer who has used the product for many years. e-file for NJ was goofy requiring print of forms to pdf to attach to efile. All this is already in ttax so why?

Turbo Tax Makes doing taxes more easier!

Good product overall, but it could use more "What's this?" tabs to click. Some of the most confusing pages were without any help at all....tough for the new user and non-accountants out here.

TurboTax Business Opportunity to Improve

There is no option to import data from QuickBooks Online. There is no built-in support channels (chat, phone). Users must resort to asking tax questions from peers in the community. Yikes! The forms are in many cases are electronic versions of the state and IRS worksheets and the information can be hard to locate. (For example, I could not enter the principal business activity code on CA Form 3805Q). There are some questions that are confusing or vague and no guidance is offered of when this might apply to help the user make the determination.

VA 502A - Much Better in 2019

Overall not bad, but the VA 502A instructions were really bad. I never went through this agony with 2019. I've always found TurboTax to be pretty good for Federal, but state is always a 50/50 shot at getting a good product that dumbs down the tax code for the average person to handle.
