I do not have a complicated filing. This software makes it easy to do and get filed. No problems with understanding anything or hiccups with the software.

Small Business no probldem!

I tired one of the other guys software yesterday and wasted the whole day. turbo took me less than 3 hours to do my small s-corp business taxes.

Wait times for a live representative is way too long. Certain items on the forms are not explained in a simple language for someone to understand what to do. You tech support can not provide answers to these questions either.

Turbo Tax is very user-friendly

I use TurboTax for both Business and Personal Tax filing for over 15 years now. Extremely user-friendly application. I am happy with it. I do not have to disclose any personal information to anybody outsider including Tax Accountant or Consultant. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for many years to come.
