I use Turbo tax religiously, for business and personal. I have had audits, which are handled very professionally by the audit defense team, which is another priceless feature within the program!

What happened this year?

Used Turbotax for years but this year it felt like the software was not ready to use for this tax season. Software and display resolution not working properly...Online version is not the same as cd version.

I've used TurboTax Business for many years

This is at least the 7th year I have used TurboTax for my little S corp, after having paid a CPA for a number of years. TurboTax is easy to use and much more economical than using a CPA.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
