Turbo Tax makes Tax Simple!

I have used turbo tax for years. I file a partnership return and a personal return each year. Turbo Tax stores the previous tax history to make filing quick and easy. It also asks you simple questions to complete the return and understand easily what you are doing. I highly recommend and will continue to use each year.

TurboTax for Business Needs a Lot of Work

I've used TurboTax for my personal taxes for probably 10 years. No notable complaints. It holds your hand through the complex process. Filing for an LLC is even more complex, yet the explanation of forms, guiding questions, and auto-filling is nowhere near the level of the product for individuals. Would have been much better off paying a bit more to have a person do it. Will not be using this again. Maybe if you at least offered live CPA help like personal edition does. This is miles away from your flagship service.

Confusing

need to work on efiling. i don't know if i am suppose to mail any documents.. very unclear. Mine are due 3/15/2021 and it don't know if the efile will accepted or if i failed to send documents that may have been required by mail.

2020 is not working with latest Windows. I have to reduce my screen size to 800x600 in order to open. States also do not work unless you are working in an earlier version of Windows.

LLC Filing made simple

The business (partnerships, corporations, LLC, trust&estates) application is a breeze to use. I was able to complete my return, print, save pdf and file in less than 3 hours.

Good software. Form 502A is not mandatory for all businesses in Virginia but TT got stuck. Wasted 2 hours until I had to delete it. Please fix the bug
