Bug in CA program

First, it's ridiculous that I had to buy a PC because I can't to my S-Corp taxes on a Mac.
Second, there's an error in the CA program related to the PPP loan forgiveness. I called tech support and she was able to fix it on my return, but I wonder how many people didn't notice it and are paying extra taxes.

Turbo Tax Business leaves something to be desired

This product, when it works is awesome. Now in my second year of using the product, there are some issues that your support line cannot support because they do not know the product. So, the support, while always kind, is not very helpful. Both years I have spent more than 5 hours in multiple calls with the support line trying to fix issues that never really get fixed.

Mostly love, one or two glitches

I really love turbotax overall. However, the past two years I have had glitches that I have not been able to solve. This has greatly stressed me out, as I don't know if my work arounds are accurate and legal.

Reinstall caused forms to magically appear

Saved files to dropbox, waiting on filing dates. HDD crashed, new pc installation loaded filing. Suddenly the filing was asking me to claim a Film Tax Credit that wasn't even remotely related to my field of business. Had to manually delete forms in "form" mode.
