Good, But Poor Integration with Quickbooks Online

The tax return process is greatly simplified by this product, enough for me to handle my taxes myself. The walkthroughs and help in the application are pretty good and allow me to have minimal knowledge of preparing the return, but still be able to get through the process. The integration with Quickbooks Online is laughable. Each year it is a painful process to export the online books, install a demo of Quickbooks desktop, and then get the online imported. If that process wasn't error prone enough, trying to import from Quickbooks Desktop is also problematic due to all of the first time use popups and logons.

Can't help much when closing a business

I have used Turbo Tax Business for several years. It was useful, with no problems. This year I chose to close the business. The program does tell you it is a complicated process and maybe you should consult a professional. And How! It IS complicated, but Turbo Tax does not provide a lot of guidance (but the IRS doesn't make it easy either).
