No one was available to intelligently answer questions about filling the forms or working with the wizard in TurboTax 2020. This caused me hours of delays. For instance, how to enter PPP monies received and file correctly. This is new for 2020 and a common situation for many people. To fix this supply your workforce with common items that will be use of to many and make sure that they can guide someone through the wizard. Not everything is explained in the wizard.

At the end of the return, I went around in circles. Finally decided to print and file by mail. I'll just do that next year without the software.

Turbotax business is awesome. They make it as easy as possible. I looked at the form I had to file prior to using turbo tax, and was completely lost. But after using Turbotax business I will most likeyly be doing my own business taxes for now on.

TurboTax for 1120S is generally OK. But this year with PPP loans that were forgiven were a complete mess. There is virtually no synergy between the federal and state filing for this, and it can be very confusing for those who only rely on the easy entry method that TurboTax is known for. PPP guidance was non existent which makes no sense at all because the process is actually quite easy, leaving no excuse to just skim around the topic all together.
