Not Very intuitive for Business Returns

Business Returns was quite cumbersome and not very intuitive.....Had to engage a CPA to understand the Errors as TurboTax could not tell why the imbalance was happening

Turbo Tax is Very Close to Awesome

Turbo Tax would be awesome, except that there are a couple of places where an action is completed, yet there's no prompt as to how to continue, and I'd really rather not explore by pushing buttons and risk my current work. Also, there are a couple of forms where a few check boxes really are mutually-exclusive, and a prompt indicating this and also showing the basic selection would be helpful.

TurboTax does not provide enough official guides with questions from its users but relies on too much from other users or the communities. It is often frustrated in searching for solutions.

I wish I knew then what I know now

We ran into many issues while using this application. First, our state filing was not available and we did not know that until after we had purchased the product. Second, there were many times when a question was asked that we had already answered in a different question. Third, the application told us that there were vital steps to filing, even though there were no steps provided. Very confusing. It became so frustrating that we wished we had just not purchased this product at all. I really hope you do better next year. If we hear that there were improvements, we may try again.

PRIOR TO OPENING MY BUSINESS I ALWAYS USED TURBO TAX BUT WHEN I OPENED MY OWN BUSINESS I HIRED AN ACCOUNTANT. NOW AFTER 9 YRS OF EXPENSIVE ACCOUNTING AND TAX PREP INDIVIDUALS, I AM DOING IT MYSELF!

Worst year for State Product in history

I downloaded the MD Fiduciary program for $55 and it is worthless. We had to manually select the forms we needed, most of the numbers weren't transferred from Federal product and we had to flip back and forth to manually add them. There were errors in calculations that continued to be reported even after we manually corrected the values. The MD Fiduciary product is a waste of money - fill out the paper forms yourself.
