Good, but some holes

Let's be clear: I really wouldn't feel safe doing my taxes with any other software. That said, there are some holes in how it works. The main thing is that I always get errors at the end, even though I answered all the questions. This year it was that I didn't enter an SEP percentage. Why would I? I answered NO to that question. If you go back in to check something, it wants you to hit NEXT and RE-answer things again in that section. So I must have checked something else in that section, then clicked out, and so it left that question, which I had already answered, BLANK. That is a problem that they really should rectify. I use TurboTax because it KNOWS what all these things are. I don't use it so I have to look things up when it shows me an error and some line on a form that I don't even know....It's still a great program, it shows me last year's in a column, and this year's in a column, so if something is missing or added, or the numbers are wacky, I can tell. This keeps me from making huge mistakes and getting audited. They need to work out the kinks though.

Very disappointed this year

I have used Turbo Tax Business several times in the past, but this year I was extremely disappointed. No guidance on what to do with EIDL Advance, and the NC state was almost worthless. I had to manually fill in forms and use multiple overrides. It would not even calculate the math on some forms. Will use other software next year!
