Virginia State Business Tax Error

We are a small business getting all our income within Virginia. Your VA State Tax software keeps asking me to fill VA502A, which prevented me to electronically file my state tax. I consider this a big failure on your side.

userfriendly prep

This is my 4th year preparing the returns. Easy walk through from summaries to detailed worksheets and calculations. I did not need help screens but there are plenty. Overall this is the best tax prep software
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
